12/1-5: Andiamo Restaurant Fundraiser! 12/2: School of Excellence Survey Deadline! 12/3: Reflections Deadline! 12/5: Last day for Spirit Wear!
We're excited to share that our school has begun the process to renew our School of Excellence designation, a distinction we've proudly held for many years. Our next goal is to become a two-time Pheobe Apperson Hearst Award Winner, an honor given to only one school nationwide each year. We were thrilled to receive this prestigious award in 2022, and we're aiming high once again.
This year-long process aims to strengthen the partnership between families and schools and allows us to examine and reflect on how we measure up to the National PTA Standards for Family-School partnerships across six key areas:
Welcome All Families
Communicate Effectively
Support Student Success
Speak Up for Every Child
Share Power
Collaborate with Community
To move forward in this process, we need your voice. As part of the renewal process, we're asking you to complete a short, anonymous survey that takes about 5-10 minutes. Your input will guide our goals for the year and help us create meaningful improvements that benefit all students and families. The more responses we receive, the better we can understand what's working well and where we can grow.
To show our appreciation for your valuable input, any family that submits their survey response by December 2nd will be entered to win an item of their choice (up to $50) from our upcoming Spirit Wear Sale. The survey will remain fully anonymous, and you'll complete a separate submission form that is not linked to your survey responses.
Please click the link to take the survey and share your perspective: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1PnllY42PF65wxZDxTt_tpwCYQOgiQH-H1P6k7Hz93B8/viewform?edit_requested=true
Would you rather chat with us in person? No problem! Stop by the library on December 4 from 4pm to 7pm before or after your Parent-Teacher conference and give us your feedback!
Your feedback truly makes a difference. Thank you for taking the time to help us build a stronger, more connected school community.
🪧IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL OUR VOLUNTEERS:Â
As of November 2025, the district has streamlined its Parent Volunteer paperwork for those who volunteer in the lunchroom and/or volunteer at Country Parkway on a regular basis (e.g., Room Parents or lunchroom parents).
If you currently volunteer, or would like to volunteer regularly at Country Parkway, please log into your WITS account to view our Parent Volunteer training slideshow. It can be found on the WITS homepage by clicking on "CP Volunteer Information." After watching the slideshow, please complete the Parent Volunteer Google Form, which is also located on your WITS page. The entire process should take approximately 10 minutes. School administrators will be notified once you complete the form.
We encourage all parents to consider completing the training so that, should you begin volunteering in any capacity on a "regular basis", the process will already be complete.
Please note: If you are a lunchroom parent, beginning Monday, December 2nd, the school will confirm that the form has been completed prior to entry. As always, thank you for your continued support in upholding the district procedures that maximize the safety of our students and staff!
CP Families: If you have not already done so, please submit your classroom contact information here as soon as possible so you get updated on classroom activities and never miss a playdate or birthday party! Find more information on the Room Parent/Class Contact page.
Dismissal -- Car Pick Up and Walker information as of Monday, September 29, 2025
If you are picking up your child, please use the carpool lane. Beginning Monday, September 29th, 2025, and every day thereafter, place your child’s name card (sent home Friday, September 26 on card stock) in the front window of your vehicle. If multiple individuals pick up your child, families are responsible for making their own copies of the name card. Please make sure to have your ID ready! We will be asking each car to provide ID upon arrival to the pick up lane. We thank you in advance for your help with keeping our students safe!
If your child is a walker, you must send a written note indicating that they are a walker in order for them to be released promptly at 2:55 p.m. All "confirmed" walkers will be automatically released by 2:55 p.m. each day. If a note is not provided, parents/guardians who are walking will need to wait until carpool dismissal is complete so that school staff can verify identification. Sending a note with your child is how you can avoid this delay.
For more information, please see Mr. Barnes' September 28, 2025 letter here

We provide funding for programs like field trips, concerts and plays at local venues, the visiting author series, as well as trips to the planetarium at Williamsville North. The PTA also supports teachers when supplies can not be funded by school budgets. Events such as the Kindergarten Graduation, 1st Grade Camp Sunshine, 2nd Grade Play, 3rd Grade trip to Theater of Youth, 4th Grade Moving Up Day, Fall Fest, Art Fest, and Book Fairs are all supported by the PTA.
